Objective:

Implementation Guidelines:

·         All projects are executed in compliance with the Companies Act, 2013 and CSR Rules, 2014.

·         Donations are utilized only for approved programs and not for administrative expenses unless specified.

·         Proper documentation, receipts, and utilization certificates are maintained and shared with donors.

Monitoring & Reporting:

·         Regular project tracking by our CSR team.

·         Quarterly and annual reports provided to partner companies.

·         External audit and review to ensure compliance and transparency.
