Refund and Return Policy

At Audumbar Goshala, we are truly grateful for the kindness and generosity of our donors. Every contribution—whether big or small—helps us provide food, shelter, and care to cows in need. We are committed to being transparent and fair in how we handle donations, including situations where a refund may be necessary.

Why This Policy Exists:

We value every rupee and every gift you share with us. Your contributions help us care for, protect, and heal cows in need. This policy ensures clarity and trust in how donations are handled.

Monetary Donations:

Refunds are allowed only in special cases, such as:

·         Duplicate payment

·         Incorrect amount transferred

Request a Refund:

·         Within 4-5 days of donation

·         Share: Transaction ID, Name, Reason for refund

·         Refunds will be processed within 14 days to the original payment source

In-Kind Donations:

We accept fodder, medicines, and other items.
Note: Once delivered, they cannot be returned or exchanged. Please check suitability before donating.

Cancelling Recurring Donations:

Contact us at least 7 days before the next payment to stop future deductions.
